I had to explain the whole 'Saeros and Túrin-incident' to my friends who aren't Tolkien fans like me, and this is basically how I told it :'D. It sounded so hilarious that I decided to draw it, but it turned out a bit different on paper... Anyway, I used to hate Saeros when I was a kid, but lately I've started to like him :-D He is this fabulous elf who is very strict about beauty. Since he scolded Túrin about his messy essence, I pictured him being very concerned of his own appearance, and having a long, fabulous hair. -And of course he is very proud of it.
And yeah, Túrin is very grumpy. And yes, he has branches and stuff in his hair.
